PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19, Courier services are working as hard as they can to get your parcels to you within these time frames.
Your parcel will arrive within 3-5 days (excluding weekends) after you place your order.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.
We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
And we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note* Due to the UK leaving the EU on the 1st of January 2021, there have been some updates on posting outside the UK. She Wears All is not responsible for any customs charges, please check out the royal mail website for more information on potential charges for imported goods in your country which the customer is liable for.
Here at She Wears All, we hope that you are satisfied with your item(s). If for any reason you want to return your item you may do so for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) please complete and print our returns form here (trying to save as much paper as possible) place it inside the parcel, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we shall let you know our returns address.
Due to COVID-19 please expect delays.
Please note that unfortunately we do not offer
- an exchange on the item you wish to return.
- free or prepaid returns.
Items returned without a completed returns form will result in a delay in processing its return.
All the items must be returned in a saleable condition within 14 days from receiving your order. Please also keep your proof of postage, as we will not be held liable for missing parcels.
Please note* Returning your parcel to us is your responsibility, therefore we do not refund your postage and packaging costs. Please retain proof of postage when returning items back to us.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases.
All item(s) returned to us must:
- Be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- Have the swing tag still attached.
- Items should not smell of any washing powder, odour, or perfume.
- Be unused/ not worn.
- Be unwashed.
- Have no make-up, fake tan, body lotion or other marks.
Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items. If they do not meet the standards of our return policy they will not be accepted for a refund, we reserve a right to refuse a return, and you will lose your goods and refund money.
Please allow 14 days from the day your parcel is received for your refund to be processed. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control. We will email you to let you know when your refund has been completed.
If in the rare circumstance you received the item faulty – please contact us first at email@example.com regarding the fault for further details.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
