Shipping

Please note that any customs charges incurred are not our responsibility. If you are based in the European Union, kindly take note of the updated customs charge prior to making a purchase. Refusal to pay this charge will result in the shipping cost not being refunded once we receive the parcel back. You will also be accountable for the return of the parcel, so please ensure you are aware of the new charges before making a purchase.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £75! (uk orders)

Unfortunately we do not, sorry for any inconvenience.

Returns

All items must be returned in a saleable condition within 14 days from receiving your order. Please also keep your proof of postage, as we will not be held liable for missing parcels.

Please note that unfortunately we do not offer

  • An exchange on the item you wish to return.
  • Free or prepaid returns.

Items returned without a completed returns form will result in a delay in processing its return.

Please note* Returning your parcel to us is your responsibility, therefore we do not refund your postage and packaging costs. Please retain proof of postage when returning items back to us.

If for any reason you want to return your item you may do so for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) please complete and print our returns form here (trying to save as much paper as possible) place it inside the parcel, please email us (info@shewearsall.com) and we shall let you know our returns address.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

Orders

If you would like to cancel/amend your order please email info@shewearsall.com ASAP and we will do our best to action this before your order is dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped unfortunately there’s nothing we can do at that point however, we do offer a returns system, find more information on our ‘Returns’ page.
